General Manager
- Build and maintain relationships with loyal guests and uphold quality control in menu offering, customer service standards and store presentation
- Control costs in relation to labor, purchases, inventory and waste through consistent and proactive use data and implementation of corrective actions
- Supervise and manage all employees at the store
Team Lead
- Provide personal customer service to guests to ensure that each customer feels satisfied with their dining experience
- Work within the cook and cashier stations
- Possess complete understanding of menu offering, including barista beverages
- Work alongside the team to ready the store for service, and spend peak hours expediting orders
Trainer
- Provide personal customer service to guests to ensure that each customer feels satisfied with their dining experience
- Possess complete understanding of menu offering, including barista beverages
- Guide and welcome incoming employees through introduction to the company
- Provide clear instructions to employees on position specific material and execution of duties
Counter (full and part-time)
- Efficiently process guests’ orders
- Act as a barista accurately executing beverage recipes
- Answer guest questions and possess complete understanding of menu offering
- Provide personal touches to encourage repeat business
- Correctly process transactions on a register
Cook (full and part-time)
- Efficiently process guests’ orders and demonstrate follow-through on necessary service points
- Possess complete understanding of menu offering
- Complete all service tasks in a timely manner to ensure station efficiency during peak and off peak times
- Safeguard quality and presentation through proper handling of product and attention to detail
- Prep for service and keep the station clean and organized
Porter
- Ensure neatness and cleanliness of all FOH spaces by conducting regular walk-throughs
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of storage areas
- Maintain necessary stock of all wares by prioritizing work during peak service
- Assist stations in maintaining cleanliness
Lead Production Cook (full-time)
- Maintain highest levels of food execution, production efficiency, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Provide clear instructions to employees on position specific material and execution of duties
Catering & Operations Support (part-time)
- Provide customer service via phone and email to guests for all incoming inquiries
- Possess complete understanding of menu offering and store operations
- Drive catering sales through high-level service and outreach
- Support Operations team with in-store materials and direct communication to maximize the guest experience and streamline store operations
