Our Story

Chefs Tom Colicchio and Sisha Ortuzar opened
the first ’Wichcraft in 2003. Staying true to their culinary backgrounds,
the chefs crafted a menu using sustainable proteins,
house-made condiments, balanced flavor
combinations, seasonal produce and artisan bread – elevating the sandwich
from a humble hand-held meal to a premium
experience.

With superior sandwiches still at our core, we now
serve options for all tastes. Swing by on your way
to the office for pastries, Egg’wiches and premium
coffee. At lunch, join us for inventive, made-to-order
sandwiches, salads, small plates and grain bowls.
At select locations, connect with friends over pours of
craft beer and local wine. We even cater meetings
of all shapes and sizes!
